Apple Varieties

Ultima Gala

The Ultima Gala has set a new tone in apple picking by becoming a fan favorite! The non-uniform color of the Gala features an orangey tint and sometimes striped skin. They're light and sweet and perfect for eating or tossing them on a fresh salad!

Pink Lady Cripps

Pink Lady Cripps are a sweet mash-up of the Australian Lady Williams and the American classic Golden Delicious apple. With their sweet and refreshing taste, some have gone as far as to call them the "champagne of apples." They're perfect for snacking on, making sauce, and adding to your favorite salads.

Gold Rush

The Gold Rush apple variety is derived from Golden Delicious as the seed parent, with crosses from several other varieties including Winesap, Melrose, Rome Beauty and Malus floribunda. The flavor is a little on the tart side, typical of Golden Delicious, but with more acidity. Great for snacking, baking, sauce, and used as a salad-topper!

Honeycrisp

The Honeycrisp apple set themselves apart from other apples in many ways. These beauties are known for their super crisp bite with a sweet and semi-tart flavor. Honeycrisps are excellent across the board. You can enjoy them as a snack, add them to your favorite pie recipe, or keep things classic with some cinnamon apple sauce.
